The city is full of ordinary places. It provides us space to breath but ordinary places are also easy to be neglected. Artist, Kong Yuk-Yee, attempted to employ these landscapes and her sentiment to react a space that can emotionally connect audience with her paintings.
“25°C Blue” is a record of visiting different places by the painter herself. Blue is a colour of calmness and loneliness, it also symbolizes the attitude and perception of the painter. As the works are painted in different time, audiences will find themselves walking through a year of time with the artist.
